Red and green work perfectly fine, but blue does not display, and actually while typing this it started to flicker and now it does display blue, but then after pressing the DPI buttons things go back to where it was, so it's probably best to just replace it. You will need the purchase invoice to establish when it was bought.ĭid some quick testing with each RGB color value. Fill in your results from above and that should be enough. Start a Support Ticket with Corsair from the link at the bottom of the page. That should make for an easy RMA process. White often has a tint of its own and sometimes weird things happen when all LEDs are full, but once you confirm the blue is not displaying in both software and hardware mode, it's pretty clear there is an issue with the mouse. You can check the LED functionality by setting the 3 major R-G-B color values (255/0/0, 0/255/0, 0/0/255). This is likely a problem on the LED itself and not a software glitch, especially since it persists in hardware mode when CUE is not running. It seems like the blue LEDs are experiencing intermittent power delivery issues. Don't ask why specifically at a Walmart, because I don't know either lmao I've also noticed this issue during the first few days of using the mouse, but it happened occasionally and quickly went back to normal.ĭoes anyone know how to fix this? It is also important to note that I actually bought this at a Walmart on a discount along with a K55 RGB Pro, which has also been working just fine. This can be seen when clicking the DPI button, as now it only shows three colors, green, red, and yellow, and some even show twice. I have a corsair Harpoon by the way and after i plugged it in to the ps4 it started flashing white which was meant to happen apparently in the video But now i am back home my mouse is still flashing white which means i cant change my DPI and its also got the mouse wheel which is inverted I have tried to use the corsair software but wont. This issue is also present when I stop running iCUE entirely, as white is still yellow. I noticed this when white suddenly turned into yellow, and then that messed up the rainbow wave effect when using Lighting Link. It did work for me, but I'm not too sure about others' situations.Įverything was working fine until recently, maybe a few days ago at this point, but the RGB on the mouse itself now has color errors. There were a few problems at first, as this mouse is known to have a ghost double clicking issue with the most recent firmware, v3.13, but a solution is to just download iCUE 3 and upgrade the firmware to v3.11, then continue using iCUE 4. I recently bought a Corsair Harpoon RGB Pro about a month ago.
